Our field personnel provide onsite investigation and damage evaluation following daily and catastrophic events. This requires a physical property inspection, applying the coverage provided by an insurance policy or government program, then communicating findings to all parties. They can also negotiate, recommend and/or complete a financial settlement.
Inside personnel perform largely the same functions as those in the field; they just do it remotely. Some positions report to Choice office facilities, some to our clients’ offices, and others perform tasks virtually from home.

In many roles, employees integrate working remotely, collaborating with team members at a Choice office or event, and contributing in virtual work groups. Some positions are full-time with scheduled work hours; some allow employees to perform responsibly on their own schedules; while some travel across town, across the state, or across the country on temporary work or catastrophe assignments. On any given day, Choice employees can be found providing customer service from our client’s workplaces, on rooftops and living rooms in the field, contributing to quality assurance from their own home offices, and everywhere in between.
